Before you begin you must obtain your child’s login information. You will need: ► Their student ID# (found on their student card) ► Their login password for D2L
Once you have this information, you can:
Login to Desire to Learn through the Bishop McNally Web site: www.cssd.ab.ca/bishopmcnally. (You will see a login box for D2L)
Once you have logged in successfully, you will be taken to your child’s home page that lists all of their Bishop McNally courses.
Click on the plus sign (+) to open up the department you wish to see.
A course name will appear in blue and will be underlined. This means it is an active course. Click on this course to open it up.
You have now entered a particular course in which your child is enrolled. To check their progress click on Grades.
You should now be able to view your child’s progress in that course.
Please note: All teachers DO NOT report grades the same way. If you have questions or concerns please contact your child’s T.A. or subject teacher.
