Once known as Commercial Foods Studies, the Culinary Arts is a prestigious course designed for those interested in the service of food preparation and serving techniques. Students first study the basics of things such as nutrition and how to handle the proper equipment, before they eventually apply these lessons to actual cooking and baking to obtain their final product.
